Outside the sport complex is an outdoor calisthenics/bodyweight gym. It has tons of equipment/bar set ups for you to use. You can get pretty creative with the bars, however there are instructional diagrams for the uninitiated. It is almost always empty, or usually 1-3 other people there max. Tons of fun to use, absolutely free. It’s in a relatively quiet area, so it’s quite a peaceful place to workout at. Best of all, you get to be outdoors whilst working out. What more could you ask for?! For anyone who’s into calisthenics, this is a solid park in Oakville!

Grounds are kept up nicely. Dog park is well used.

Beautiful multi use arena with lots of different programs going on from: figure sharing, sledge hockey, to of course hockey. Nicely designed complex that just wowed me the first time walking into this place. Everything is very clean and organized. Lots of amenities nearby to pass the time away in between games. Will look forward to our next game at this location. thanks

One can do full body workout here. Not the best workout, but keeps the body in shape during this gyms lockdown.

Small location but convenient, staff are friendly, and ample parking. Just wish they had better (longer) business hours.

Great complex. Offers many varieties of skating. Comfortable seating, vast parking lot. Easy access, many food options, well cared for ice rinks. Lots of viewing windows. Needs more seating outside of rink 1, people sitting on floor. Clean washrooms. Tight space around change rooms. No seating for waiting parents.

They schedule events that don't have the capacity for then the city tickets you 100 when you are forced to make your own spots. Also apparently they don't have a spinal board?! And don't stop the music even if someone is knocked out cold on the ice awaiting an ambulance. The song "Rise up" was a particularly poor choice ...
