I like Victoria a lot! but the receptionist Lindsey can not be worse. I said that I am ok with booking 5 45pm appointment but there is traffic I could be there at 6pm but I have done the treatments a few times and it always only takes about 30 min. NO CAN DO we have a policy! Her attitude is as bad as a dictator like Hitler. Last time I almost got into a car accident bc of her. Victoria was soooo nice and the treatment was perfect. We finished before 645pm so what is the huge problem that I might be there at 6pm not 5 45pm. According to Lindsey it is unbelievable bad.
Almost don't want to share this review as I'm worried too many others will find this hidden Oakville gem. Can't recommend this place enough. Absolutely amazing massage therapist. I have gone to each one there and they are all amazing. Easy to book online too.
Tavia, Chelsea, Jodi - they are all great ! They really know their stuff. I have been going to them for over a couple of years now.
