I enjoyed shopping at this location of Winners. The store is well laid out, easy to get around and very classy. The merchandise is easily perused, it is not bunched together and it is sized accurately. I was very pleased with my visit here and plan to return again and again.

Still worth shopping at, but needs more variety. Maybe its Covid but store seems empty. Otherwise good deals. Not great deals but good deals.
Very good items for clearance but only 2 cashiers were trying to help costumers. so I had to stay in the line for 15 minutes! Very nice staff though.
Good selection of products. Spacious and well lit store. Washrooms are clean and ample fitting rooms.
Horrible customer service experience with Nadege. Without introducing herself or her position, she began taking over the cashier I was dealing with and pointing out Winners' inconsistent practices on me. Her tone and line of questioning was incredibly rude and disrespectiful. She appeared incompetent as she kept highlighting issues that Winners should have fixed, instead she was looking at me for answers and indirectly doubting my sincerity. I brought a product with a receipt and all the tags, yet she made it look to all other customers as if I am being dishonest. It seems to me that Winners cannot train its staff correctly and points fingers at customers. What an incredible waste of time to shop at this Winners. I will not be shopping here again, and certainly will share this experience with all those I know to avoid here as well. I would give Zero stars if possible.
