My wife and I searched for some time looking for a hot tub. We talked with many businesses and ended choosing Oakwood over several businesses who were closer to us. When we made our purchase there was a shortage of hot tubs due to the government shutting down private businesses over COVID-19. Most of the places we visited around Tulsa and Oklahoma City were charging a premium due to the high demand and shortage of spas. I called Oakwood and dealt with Scott. He was very accommodating and the prices he quoted me reflected his honesty. Everyone at the store we dealt with was terrific and they delivered/setup our hot tub to us even though we were quite a distance away. After speaking with several other dealers in the area, I cannot recommend Oakwood enough.

They talk me through the results of my biweekly water test, educate me on tasks that I can save money on by doing myself, and never try to push the more expensive solutions. Oakwood staff is knowledgeable, polite, enjoyable to talk to, and has never told me to, “just google it.”
