Today I visited Oasis Nails for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and the location is very clean. I hadn’t had a pedicure in a super long time due to Covid and I’m happy to say i am so pleased with the way my service went. I look forward to another appointment at this location.
I asked the technician to cut my nails short 3 times just for her to gave me attitude. She never pushed back my cuticles so she couldn't cut it out completely. She was really slow. I didn't care to pay the 7% COVID fee for the services provided as it is difficult times for all small businesses ,but I have an issue paying 7%on top of the13% taxes too. My nails peeled of after a week on top of everything. Not sure if she was just new but I will not return again.
First time here..... Clean professional and modern.... Everything including the massage chair works.... All the functions on the massage chair work... Will definitely be back
My daughter and I have been to many nail salons in Alliston with no luck finding someone who did a good job to my liking. I’m fussy. We get our nails done allot. My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Oasis Salon. So friendly, clean, and very inviting. We will be returning in few weeks for a fill. Thanks so much for the great work and excellent customer service. Your salon is beautiful and very clean. See you soon
