Best Oaxacan Quesadilla Cart in CA? Yesss! If you know me I put corn in a lot of foods I make even tho they don't belong there because I love corn just that much. I've had this place bookmarked on Yelp when it only had 39 reviews. Now it has over 400!Here's why I think the corn man has the best elite in CA.
