It’s been a long time, Hachiban. I tried your signature vegetable ramen with salt broth years ago. You piled those 5 kinds of veggies so high, but… I wasn’t impressed. The flavor was so light and plain, I haven’t been back in six years. I really appreciated those crunchy veggies. And your chikuwa with the 8-ban logo in it is always so cute. Your menu has many of the usual ramen options, but then you also had some limited seasonal stuff. That Vegetable Mala ramen looked like it was made just for me and it was only 790 for a regular size. I didn’t expect that numbing, mouth-watering Chinese spice flavor to be so prominent. Your thick noodles were as nice as before and your portion for the price good. I also had to have 6 pieces of your seasonal shrimp gyoza, too. At 300, I’m sorry to say while it was delicious, I could barely taste the shrimp, but your texture was spot on with just a bit of softness and a hint of pan-grilled char. You are still the same, wonderful bowl of vegetable ramen. It’s just that your broth lacks something more. The depth of umami you know I really needed. For me it’s not enough... I’m sorry.

小浜自動車学校の隣、付近唯一中華料理だ。ちょっと高いが、美味しいだ。ぺいぺい使えない
今まで色々な８番らーめんに行きましたが、ここのラーメン、炒飯、餃子など、いずれも非の打ち所がない程、美味しかったです やはりオススメは野菜ラーメンの塩味で、さっぱりしているのにコクのあるスープが、軽く炒めたシャキシャキした食感の野菜と相まって、食べ終えるまで飽きさせない味になっています。 私は基本的にラーメンのスープは残す方ですが、この野菜ラーメンは最後まで飲み干してしまいました。
久々の小浜で懐かしの8番らーめん 安定の美味しさでした
北陸でおなじみの8番ラーメン。 こちらのお店では、タッチパネルでの注文方法でした。 どこの店舗でも同じ味で、安心します。
