Great views. Don't go up it later than about 19:00 because of bears probably? There's a tiny door on the side of the road. Also I think there's an alien map at the top somewhere.

Scenic Drive Angel Line : When you go around on the road in Obama City, you might notice direction post guiding you to エンゼルライン reads Angel Line. It is an uphill driving way to get a uphill view of Obama Bay from high elevation of 619 meters above the sea level. The mountainous road wind through Uchitomi Peninsula leading you to the top of Mt. Kusagayadake in the central part of this peninsula. The breath-taking sight from the top of the hill commands the view extending all the way to Mt. Aoba which is called Mt. Fuji of Wakasa ( 699 meters ) and even to the extent of Echizen Cape far in the north-west on a clear sunny day. The stretch of the road is 10.5 km. It is recommended that you go with some kind of motor vehicle unless you are a great cyclist who likes to take a challenge of hill climbing. This drive way is open from 7:00 to 19:00. Angel Line is located in the north part of Obama City. The road is marked as Route 107. If you make your way to the north-west before you enter Angel Line you can directly get to Nishi Ogawa. 晴れの日は凄く綺麗な 景色を楽しめる道路です 有料道路が無料開放されると 予算の問題もあるのか、路面は 有料時よりかなり悪くなっている 場所もあるのでバイクの人は 特に気をつけて走ってください。
3/31まで冬季通行止めでした(TT)
現在無料のドライブウェイ 道路は所々荒れてます。頂上の展望駐車場から日本海が一望できますが売店やお店など一切ありません
結構高いところを走るので、見晴らし最高です。
今日もウキウキ様です！ 秋も深まる、そしてクローズ直前のため 貸切 （笑） ＊少し、雰囲気怖かったです。。。 が、景色はGOOD！でした
