AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST!!!! This place sold me a prepaid SIM card but it did not work (could not be activated) and refused to return my money, exchange it or assist me in any way. They are running a SCAM! They speak English but conveniently forgot how to speak English when I asked for a refund. As a tourist, they know you will be moving on shortly and will shamelessly SCAM you. Stay away from these horrible people!!!!
