PS: They delete \bad comments\ Terribly dirty and messy service! First off all: They give the keys when they want, regardless of you say that you come late. First day, we slept at McDonald's. The person who talks on phone, act as he's doing a favour to us giving the key. And didn't want give us the cancellation, saying if we don't pick up the key until 17:00 they would not give it us anymore. Second, there are not Apartments, are office rooms, covered with a bed and some mini kitchen. The place smells moldy and the floor is completely dirty, as the toilet that it seems that was never cleaned. Towers were dirty and bed sheets were full with hairs. The next morning when we finally managed to get the keys, three guys opened our door, without knocking and said they needed to fix something at loom. The owner not even told them that the room was busy. Public transport you can forget, Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof is about 20 min by walk. And there's only one bus going there. Never again!
