My wife was there sending a package, premium, they said 10 days, now long time after, package still not arrive, and she vent there again to just ask whats up, and they where so so rude and not friendly, i guess this is one of those places that just sell and as soon as they got the money, they no longer care about people and and costumer service, i cannot belie DHL let people like this run their packet shops. If this was my company you where all fired today!, i strongly recommend anyone to stay far far away from this shop!
