Good restaurant for a nice ski lunch. Had the burger and fries. The fries were home made and really delicious! Can definitely recommend! Service was good as well and paying by card/contactless was no problem.

Slow service simple food no skill needed but still manage to be another bad restaurant here. Understood that lots of people but with this long experience, they should manage better. Very chaotic service and reject to take menu at spot. People that came later got food before me in the hour after lunch. Food is not bad but for simple menu, service should be improved.

The only place to eat in the area, and the waitresses know it, so they take particular pleasure in being rude to the customers. You often hear the words \I only have two hands\ so just wait (when trying to place an order) or yelling that we're ordering too much and she doesn't have time for us (we were a large group). The top moment was when one waitress started yelling from the top of her lungs that it was not okay to order outside if you're eating inside. I'm not kidding. Just stood there in the middle of the room and yelled at everybody. Most customers had no idea what she was talking about. Reading the other reviews I realized that this was not an isolated incident. Part of the reason the waiters are so rude is because they're completely overwhelmed by the number of customers during peak hours, easy to fix if the place was better managed. In addition, people smoke in the winter garden so totally not a good place to go with kids (or generally if you're not a big fan of passive smoking). The inside part, which is non-smoking, is quite small. The food is actually good, by Swiss standards, it's a real shame the service is so awful.

Comically bad service! All the bad reviews are unfortunately justified. It took me half an hour to order a tea. When the lady sitting next to me wanted to pay with card, the waitress almost had a nervous breakdown. She also loudly complained that there were too many people, which meant more work for her.

Nice and simple ski restaurant. We used the self-service part. Soup was ready right away and the other stuff took a few minutes. Pretty convenient for Switzerland...
