Preferred Care at Home of Lorain County

I just met with Steve yesterday for my yearly review and as always, he was a wealth of information. As a small business owner, I wanted to provide a retirement account for the employees. Since Steve was already helping me with my personal account, and doing quite well at it, I was very happy to have Steve form an investment path for the employees. During my review, Steve was very considerate of my time and listened to my ideas and concerns. I appreciate you Steve for your compassion and concern. Called Steve to sell my stocks for money that I needed rather soon, he rushed me to get off the phone with him and I felt like he didn't care. He said he sent everything over and I was good to go. Here we are 3 weeks later and I still have not received my money from selling my stocks. And no one in the office has any explanation. I will not be recommending him to anyone else and I will be pulling all of my investments from Edward Jones.
