I was so amazed by this property. One of the best staff I have come across in years. The property is nicely renovated and one can see that everything is high end. The spa area with outside space is really good. The water/tea station there is thought through till the last detail. The food is a 5* dining experience. Breakfast had some nice selection of berries, cheeses to tea. Dinner was a set up menu with a choice from two options. The staff is something that our whole family talks about till today. Jason at the bar and Alena at the restaurant made the service so nice and personal. Always there with a good recommendation. Smiling and making us feel very welcomed. All other restaurant employees were excellent, those two just stood up, as we were in contact with them the most. As a person from gastronomy myself, I feel a little jealous for having found such a staff. At the same time, now I have found a place I’ll be coming back to with excitement. Thank you Rosenalp team for making our stay a truly unforgettable one.

The service at the hotel is excellent. Hotel is situated in peaceful with beautiful view area. Swimming pool with all attachments is great. Service at the restaurant and bar is magnificent. I could give 10 stars if I could . Kind regards to Rosenalp

Haben Mitte Juni 2019 dieses tolle Hotel besucht. Personal war sehr freundlich. Insbesondere der Spa-Bereich war super. An der angebotenen Schrotkur haben wir leider nicht teilgenommen. Wir waren oft wandern und danach in der Sauna und im Pool. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Modernes Hotel mit tollem Spa Bereich, leckerer regionaler Küche und super freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wurden schnell gereinigt. Für Pärchen die eine entspannte Auszeit suchen auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Der Fitness Raum bietet tolle Möglichkeiten sich bei regnerischen Tagen fit zu halten oder Joga zu machen. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Tolles Programm an Sylvester! Mit Band und sensationellem Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Freuen uns schon auf dieses Jahr!
