It's a very good place for doing squash or betmenten, we were 3 payed 21 for 1 hour playing, the halls are bright and easy to access, there is parking lots, but it was very full these days, it maybe depends when you go, there is also a climbing indoor, which one can access only with a membership and a info curs but its cool

Terrible! This place is a mess! If you are an English speaker let me give you an advice, never ever even pass by this place! They force you to sign a contract in German although you don't understand a word on it and the women in reception are super unfriendly and do have no idea about what they say! They told me to inform them 2 weeks in advance before I quit so did I. The lady that day on reception told me not to worry and I do not have to do anything. The last day I gave my card back to them and said it was my last day and they made me sign another document in German which meant I was finishing and nothing more (about any fee). In a couple of week, I received a letter with the fee. I have been told to inform them 2 weeks in advance from 2 different women and when I did, the lady on the reception ignored me and finally I have to pay fee for their own mess. The manager is another story! He told me it is my fault not to speak his language. As you can see, very far from being global minded and very unfriendly and rude people! Also, the place smells always disgusting... Maybe you keep my money and build a ventilation system for your gym. Thanks for all the troubles! Never see you again!

Gut aber leider teuer. Squash kostet in Regenstauf weniger als die Hälfte! (18 Euro für eine halbe Stunde vs. 16 Euro für eine Stunde) Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal und gut gepflegte Anlagen. Auch ein Volleyballplatz den man kostenlos benutzen kann ist verfügbar, was man lobend erwähnen muss.

Man wird nicht bedient, aber sich dann aufregen wenn man für ein baby und kinder getränke am spielplatz \aufbaut\. So der wortlaut der mitarbeiterin, währendessen der chef hinterm fenster dabei zusieht. Sehr familienfreundlich. Auf die frage ob sie für babies Getränke haben , wurde nur gestottert. Im übrigen hatte die Pizzeria geschlossen. Von Racheakt kann nicht die Rede da dies ein Tatsachenbericht ist. Die Rezession richtet sich an Megasports, da diejenigen aus dem Fenster der Einrichtung dies veranlasst (Glatzkopf) haben. Und wenn man Kunden nicht bedient sondern nur anmault, dann ist das kein Service.
