We ordered new doors from the company and installed them six months ago. The doors, based on my impression, are of great quality. 2 weeks ago the doors' lamination started to peel and I contacted the company as expected they would either replace or repair the doors - normally they should last a minimum of 5 years. I sent a mail and a picture explaining to them that the lamination had started to peel and the response from customer service was insulting and disappointing. They accused me of being responsible for the damage to the doors and that they would not take any responsibility for the obvious lacking quality of the product. I would recommend to anyone that they avoid purchasing any items from this company as they have as far as I am concerned no consideration and or respect for their customers and take no responsibility for the quality of the products they promote.

Great selection of products and very competent and friendly staff. We were there to gather a first idea but we will go back for sure for buying the parkett. The employee who helped us was so competent and he took plenty of time to explain us everything and answer all the questions.

I expect a shop with opening hours on a Sunday to really be open and offer their full service on a Sunday. If you need help Do NOT come on a Sunday. Two young girls at the info and an electrician are the only ones there and have no idea about anything. 1h driving for nothing.
