Loved the ice cream but customer service was not great. I was a little grossed out to find a blonde hair in my shake, i have brown hair. i took the hair out of the shake and i took the shake and strand of hair to the counter and asked for a new one. one of the girls asked me “why?” as i was holding up the shake with the hair next to it. and i told her i found it in the shake and she rolled her eyes, looked and sounded annoyed when talking to me. she also had her mask below her nose the entire time we were there. which i find extremely unsanitary. but the young man who remade my shake was very nice.

Although the ice cream is super delicious and we go at least once a week... It kind of really bothers me that the girl that makes your order (blonde ponytail, you can see her through the drive thru window dishing up all the ice cream stuff) never wears her mask over her nose. Not once, not ever. Why? (Update). It's been over a month and we went today... Same girl, same nose out.
