The ice cream is amazing but the customer service has gone down so much since last year I been there two times back to back and they have gotten my order wrong both times then on top the ice cream was malted. The children they have there just play around and don't listen to direction the 2nd time I went there I actually wrote down my order so they can prepare it right this time and they still got it WRONG wasn't hard at all . I will be going to the one in Orland now I will take the drive to get better service

This was my first time at an Oberweis and I was really impressed! The ice cream was very good, very creamy and sweet! Service and staff were very friendly and fast. They also conveniently sell their ice cream, milk, and other own brand products in bulk! Same as if you were to buy it at the grocery store.

Went into purchase a 25 gift card for a friend and they had it organized they had the floor spaced off six feet and it was one person ahead of me but they were pretty fast and I was given a free ice cream cone card which I will use sometime this weekend.️

First time at this location the cashier is totally lost she need better training she had to continuously ask the manager for assistance and was over charging as well informed her of that she corrected it it takes up to much of customers time the plan is to get in and get out I wanted to try the soft serve but they was out.

Very good customer service. Went with my mom and accidentally ordered the wrong flavor and they offered to change it with no problem. Tasty too.
