The service is omg beyond anything, if you need eye test or advice , go here , I been to boots and spec savers , but nothing can compete here. This is like going to moorfield eye hospital, they take it service and explain everything, worth the price. I’m a doctor in science and I know the side of it . Go and you. Ever want to go anywhere else.

Thoroughly stylish collection at Observatory with staff complimenting with high service levels and knowledge. Have purchased a few items from there over the years, including trusting them with my young son’s first eye test. Can’t fault them. Feels reassuring and fair all the way. Specifically helped me out with a dramatically flattened pair of raybans (the over enthusiastic said son!). And they recast the frame to shape and refit the glass... glasses like new again and all with a smile. You won’t be disappointed - go experience them...

What a brilliant place! I walked in today after having had my frames completely mishapen by someone at a High St chain. The optician here - Erin, I think - spent 15 minutes putting them back into shape. He was so knowledgeable and kind, and would take no money for the service. I really appreciate the time he took, and will definitely return for my next pair of specs.
