My midwife Katelyn Mazuch was amazing, and always made me feel comfortable. Katelyn always listened to my concerns and made me feel safe in her care. During both of my deliveries, Katelyn made me feel at ease being by my side and helping me through delivery. Katelyn respected all of my wishes and encouraged me. Katelyn is truly a blessing and my family and I will always have a place for her in our hearts!

Absolutely no confidentiality at the Hastings office. Could hear nurses gossiping about my girlfriend who was visiting for her pregnancy check up. The ultrasound tech didn't even let us get a picture of our little girl and instead just rushed us out the room saying the baby was covering her face. My experience so far coming to the appointments has been terrible. There's no comfort given by staff and the attitudes are snotty to say the least.

I give the nurses and provider a 5 star rating but when it comes to the business office, I give them a 1. I was NEVER informed before signing up for surgery I would have to make a \pre-payment\ until Deb called the Thursday before surgery and told me an amount that I just don't have laying around. I explained that I have insurance and that I have a co -insurance and she was not interested in that. Also, I have flex spending but she told me the government doesn't like that. She wanted her \pre-payment\ by that Monday or I could not have surgery. I find this very odd I have talked with other people and they have not had to come up with this dollar amount before surgery especially if they have insurance. Something seemed fishy and no one could tell me what it was ALL about Again, my experience with the provider was 110% great but office staff thinking they can do what they did, I will never step foot into their office! I have paid for my pre-OP prior to surgery too before this Deb lady called and now I am out 190 plus due to this situation that could have been forever figured out before now. I have looked to see who to contact and I still have not found someone. Maybe if the office director sees this they will be able to contact me and we can resolve this issue!

I've been going to this clinic for years and normally see Dr. Fish, whom I like. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Adam recently and still find it disturbing. I needed a vaginal ultrasound and Dr. Fish was out of the office so I saw Dr. Adam. His demeanor was pleasant but during the vaginal ultrasound, his cell phone rang. He removed the ultrasound wand, answered his phone (!!) and left the room. Nothing could have been SO important to leave a patient in this totally unprofessional manner. Then, he proceeds again with the ultrasound and determines I need a biopsy of my uterus. I am definitely upset by now but have to move forward with this procedure. I called in a complaint and heard back from the office manager, assuring me this situation would be brought up but I truly wonder if it ever was. The medical profession seems untouchable and of course, I've heard nothing else from the office. I truly hesitate to continue to be seen at this clinic and will certainly not be seen by Dr. Adam again. On a bright note, I had a wonderful experience with Andrea Curtis and can highly recommend her!! Note to physicians, we have a choice as to where we choose to go and we pay for our services, you may want to remember this fact.

The staff at Obstetricians & Gynecologists in the Grand Island office made it easy and very comfortable to come to appointments. The delivery was just as great. I will recommend Dr. Fish and the clinic to everyone I know! They gave the best experience, especially for a new mom. I cannot say enough good things about this office!!!
