As a Mustek dealer they are unable(unwilling) to assist me to get my device repaired even through Mustek referred me to their dealers. They had no idea what to do as they have never dealt Mustek before, and it shows. Quoting me on a replacement and other items that I don't need is not what I asked for. I could walk into Makro and buy a new device if I wanted to. I hope their IT support on more run-of-the-mill issues is better, but then again, that doesn't take a lot of skill.
