Went to Belk to make a return, with intention of shopping for bedding and browsing other departments afterwards. However, there was only one cashier open for returns. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the cashier called the manager for help with the customer ahead of me. The manager came by and was not only rude to her employee, but scolded the rest of us who were patiently waiting in line (socially self-distancing ourselves 6 feet apart) to stand in line in a different configuration on some blue dots. Needless to say, because of waiting in line for so long for the return, and due to the manager’s behavior, after my return, I was in no mood for shopping and will never go back to the store.

Great place for a wide selection of necessities. Wide array of Men's apparel including suits. Essentially a Macy's and Kohls in one.
