Had a friend come over and they had laundry to do. Pamela refused to let them do laundry even though I was a guest there. She said since they weren't actual guests that they couldn't have access to the laundry room. The laundry room is a pay preload, so the hotel would still be making money. Pamela became argumentative and asked our friends to leave. Never will we stay here again if this is how Pamela represents this hotel.
