Heritage managed the building we lease from now and I have to say, Randy and Gabe were such a pleasure to work with. Gabe was active with our building. We saw her often and it gave us peace of mind that they were there for us :) Great company.

This property management company is the worst. Maintenance of our community Spruce Creek South is marginal at best. The pool and hot tub are frequently closed by the health Dept for unsatisfactory conditions. Structures through out the community are deteriorating to the point of non repair.

Horrible company. They manage Spruce Creek South in Summerfield. They have been totally absent during the hurricane. They closed and locked the community ctr during the storm, they first told us we were responsible for debris removal, then brought a couole of dunpster and told the seniors to haul all the debris to the dumpster by them selves. They have offered nothing. Unlike the other surrounding communities that offered storm info, shelter info, and even coordinated shuttle service to the shelters. Heritage failed. They have proven to all of us residents that they're in the property mgmt game for profit and only profit. They lack any level of humanity. No concern and no assistance, absolutely nothing. The overall lesson is when you live in a Heritage Community, expect nothing. No communicstion, no information and an absent and rude property manager. Your company may be successful on a financial level, but on a moral and ethical level your a complete failure...
