I had had the worst experience with my child’s school photos. After buying him a new outfit, getting his hair cut, and purchasing a full package of photos online payed in full. I should have been good to go right? NOPE, they took the money out immediately and never let me or about 37 other parents that our child were getting photos taken. They had the list of students that should have been down there and never even checked with the school to see if all those students were absent or what the status was. Left with all the money and no photos for us. They didn’t update us and inform us that the photos were not taken. My child informed me that he didn’t go down. I then spent 3 days and multiple hours trying to get a real person on the phone with no luck I chatted online with an agent. Who was able to get me a refund but when I asked to get where to leave a review he ended the chat. These people are terrible. Save your money and go somewhere professional instead.

Worst place ever! Customer service horrible. Tried ordering pictures online, and was not able to, called number provided on web site as directed and waited 45 minutes for a representative. She then told me that class pictures had not been taken at that school, which was a lie. Called school x2 to confirm pictures where in fact taken, so I called the local number as provided from school. And again that person said she’d transfer me, waiting over 45 minutes again. Awful. I have been a loyal customer ordering pictures every year. Lifetouch you have lost a customer and I’m sure you will loose more. Unprofessional and no consideration of how to provide customer service.

I always buy my 3 boys pictures .. But this time they cut the top of my baby’s head off . I still ordered cause the other 3 poses . Ordered 100 worth get them and my sons head is cut off in 2 poses and the have bend marks in a bunch of them . I’m told that there’s nothing they can do after calling , being on the phone for 51 minutes and being transferred to about 6 different people. Was told I would receive a call back in 24 to 48 hrs from a supervisor but nothing.A week later I received a call from another lady and she gave the number to the preschool section. So I call back to be told they can offer me 17 back but that’s it . So now I have 2 poses and bend marks leaving me very few to give to family . Very disappointed and I’m unsure if I ever want to order from here again .

I couldn't get my coupon or backround to go thru online so I called customer service. The lady could'nt understand or even speak english very well. Was ignored repeatedly when given various coupon codes. Never did get my discount my price even came out 3 dollars more than the full price online. Spent 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. I probably wont get the correct background either. It is time the schools across america find a better company to do there school pictures.
