The staff from start to finish was top notch. Never had to wait more than five minutes for an appointment. One of the best decisions I've ever made was to get a full set of dental implants, I'll never have dental issues again EVER! So glad I made the decision to use Ocala Dental Harmony to fix my smile. Initially this looks like a nice dental office from what meets the eye but I found out looks can be deceiving. My very 1st appt was rescheduled without a phone call or any type of notice. I went the day of my initial appt and they were just like " why are you here today is not your appt". This puzzled me because it was the day I agreed to. She looks in the computer and then goes oh we rescheduled it. I was upset because my husband had took out time to be present just in case I was put under and couldn't drive. No apologize for wasting my time or not giving me any notice. The next appt scheduled I had a family emergency that had come up and could not make it. Not trying to get too personal but my husband is a Veteran and almost died at work so that is going to be my 1st priority. I had to be in the hospital with him. My last appt which was suppose to be today that I tried to reschedule was due to my son having a district virtual test that parents had to be present for. It was an all morning thing so I had to be present to submit it. I called lastnight to leave a message explaining I got the news of the district test late and had no idea he would be taking a district test until wednesday night. The night operater said she'd have the office call me to reschedule. I received no call. When I called I spoke to a lady who was very uncompassionate and rude to me. She told me there was no need to reschedule my appt due to they will no longer accept my insurance. Which I feel is discrimination. She also said I cancelled too many times as well and not given enough time for them to schedule any one else and I wasted 90 mins of the dentist time. I was appalled! These things were out of my control and my family comes 1st. I see this office is not for helping people they are just about monetary gain.
