I came in from out of town and needed my puppy groomed ASAP. We didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. My dog was a bit much but October did great despite his behavior :)

Very nice Dr on the phone. Wish I could have met him. All the staff was great also.
Friendly helpful fish lady, store seemed a little empty and was untidy ( I understand the struggle stores are going through) still seems like the standards may have relaxed. Only reason not 5 stars... a heated but quiet exchange between 2 associates. Maybe you are understaffed.
I usually don't like going to this location because it can take forever to get any help. It's always short staffed and typically hard to find someone to help you. Today the help was surprisingly fast. I immediately found someone and got what I needed. The issue was the very long lines that were not moving. I eventually jumped lines but there were multiple people that got in line 5-10 minutes after me and all managed to get checked out and out of the store before me. I said something to the cashier about it and his reply was simply \we're not equipped for this many people\. Well clearly! The point is they \should\ do something about it! Redirect the lines or maybe try saying \I will take whoever is next\. It's quite simple really. Then that way you don't get people annoyed or angry and or write reviews such as this!
Very convenient having a Pet Store, a Groomer and a Vet Clinic all under one roof. Bella was quite impressed
