Julia Peavy, She called me on 5/21 to set up an evaluation for my son through zoom. It was set for I want to say 5/26. Did the evaluation. She said “they were getting back in the swing of things because of coronavirus” and that he’d more than likely will start “mid June”. Great. Fast forward I called and left a message on 6/19 to figure out what was going on. Nothing. Called today on 6/24. Julia the owner who did my sons eval picks up and I say how I left a message and I’m wondering what’s going on. She knew exactly who I was and says she’s been meaning to call me, how it’s not them. They’re waiting for a therapist to be certified or Recertified. Ok? I express my frustration because I wish I would’ve known that instead of waiting with no type of update or call back. She then gets rude and says she’s busy doing evaluations & other things & I shouldn’t question her. So then I said well then when will I know when he’s starting therapy & her answer was “when we call you”. I totally get things happen and things get delayed but communication would be nice along with a better attitude. UPDATE : after a phone call my son will now be attending speech therapy here. I’d love to see how it goes and am hoping because of covid both Julia and I were just frustrated due to circumstances beyond both our control. UPDATED AGAIN : My sons provider is Amy & she’s been very nice dealing with. My son enjoys going and am happy he’s getting what he needs. I’ve seen improvements but we still have a ways to go. All in all am happy.

My daughter has come here since she was almost 2 and the staff here have helped her make so much progress. She hasn't had a therapist that she worked with that we didn't love ! They do a great job of informing me of what she did that day and about the evaluations. Highly recommend them for any speech therapy needs.
If I could give more stars, I would. At first it's difficult as a parent to accept that your child has a problem. The first evaluation can make you feel like you have failed but I can't not express how much my son and I have loved going to see them. Every time I pull into the parking lot, my toddler would scream with joy to see Miss Coral. They incorporate crafts with what ever lesson they do that day (and they the cutest!!). I was most impressed when Miss Coral was on vacay and Miss Jean brought my son back with bubbles to distract him (genius!). After every visit, they tell me what was done and what we can work on at home. I definitely notice a difference in my son's speech and I highly recommend Pro Therapy!
I love love love this speech therapy office. The staff is so amazing and they are so good with my daughter. She’s come so far and they work so well with her. I can definitely see a difference in her speech and even her interaction with others has definitely made some milestones.
