The costumer service is absolutely impeccable. The lady told us to meet her at the property at 4:30pm. We get there and she doesn't even show us around. Starts talking about how she has someone scheduled for 4:30pm as well and how she was waiting for next party that was going to come to make a decision. If they said no they would text us. Why waste our time and money? Did not have her undivided attention. Very dry on the phone with her responses.

DON’T DO IT!!!YOU’LL BE SORRY! They mailed my refund to the empty apartment unit I moved out of a month prior. Had to contact Better Business Bureau for help. Ignored the address on paperwork when keys returned. Refused to respond to BBB twice. Don’t get involved with this company!

The boyfriend and I are looking for a house to rent found a nice house in Ocala. We contacted filled the application out and sent the money. The next day we were told that he couldn't show the property so I rescheduled... we did this about 5 times.. I tried to email asking someone to call me or email or something. I called multiple time Noone answers. This is frustrating.
