We just went to see Dr. Sandu for the first time. Our experience was good. When I called to make an appointment the staff was very helpful. Dr. Sandu was very approachable, attentive and thorough. My son and I both liked her very much. The check out area was very helpful as well when we left. I felt like the patient room was tidy and mostly picked up but it did seem like a deeper cleaning of the walls and floors were overdue. And although I do realize there is probably not a painless way to perform the test, and the staff member was nice, we did wish the tech that administered the flu test swabs up my son's nostrils would have been just a bit more compassionate during the process. But overall, it was a positive experience.
