Doing business with Wendy and the Ocala office is a pleasure. I have been on the board for 8 years now and since Wendy took over our account things get done Quickly and efficiently. I find her to be knowledgeable and is fast to pass her knowledge along. The boards job is much easier than it was before her. She is a credit to sentry and should be commended for the way she does her job.

This management company loses your paperwork, doesn’t get mail out on time, ignores the homeowners and is very condescending and disrespectful to the people that are paying them to do their job. Yes, they may cost a little less, but you get what you pay for. Many neighbors in my subdivision were appalled by Wendy Thrower and how she treated the homeowners at our HOA meetings. She rolled her eyes during neighbors questions, laughed at them and was completely rude. We are trying to build up our community and it is unfortunate that this company is able to do business here. Before Wendy they had a different employee from their branch assisting us and she was even worse by not completing the simplest tasks. Definitely use a different company

All of my experiences with Wendy have been good; she's gone well out of her way to help me several times, and afterwards, has always made sure that I'm satisfied with her services and efforts. Sentry not only provides excellence, but is staffed by people who care about others enough to always provide that excellence.
