I received the most amazing service at Treasure Fine Jewelers! My Michele watch needed to be repaired. They made me feel so comfortable with such a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff!!! I also received an amazing deal on a beautiful white gold box chain! It’s rare that I write reviews but I had to share such a great experience!!!! Trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!

With other major jewelry stores not providing services, I was on the hunt for another place, and I completely prefer local. Being a customer at Treasure Fine Jewelers was exceptional. Kevin is the manager and he is so personable, courteous and helpful. He explained the process, offered other services, but did not push for it to be done. I needed the prongs tightened on my engagement ring. I was able to pay ahead and received a pick up slip. The work was completed in two days (Monday to Wednesday) just as he said and even received a phone call to notify me that it was completed early. Thank you for the excellent service and great attention!

Great customer service, however I’ve had to take my wife’s wedding ring back at least 4 times because of diamonds falling out. They replaced the ring after the second time which was unfortunate because she didn’t want a different ring. She doesn’t sleep in the ring, nor does she have physically demanding job, so we don’t understand why it keeps falling out. Nonetheless, great communication and service.
