My husband and I went here for a routine blood draw for work. We ended up waiting there for an hour without explanation for a blood draw that took 5 minutes--it turns out they didn't have the right tubes and had to run across town to get them, even though we had made the appointment several days in advance. I then got a call the next day that I needed to redo it because the transporter \didn't realize\ that the blood needed to be incubated. I went back and got redrawn again. They ensured me that this time they would \make sure nothing happens\. What do you know, just got a call AGAIN that they screwed up the sample. I've been poked twice by them without getting any lab results. Won't be going back.
