This clinic has it listed on their website that walk-ins are welcome and the doctor who referred me told me the the same thing as well, I don't need an appointment to be seen. When I arrived, I got checked in and they took copies of all my paperwork and had me fill out their forms. 10-15 minutes later one of the nurses called me to an empty room, like I was going to be seen. She shut the door and told me she just wanted to let me know that they will not be seeing me that day. They were 120% over booked that day and apparently everyday. I cannot be seen without an appointment according to that nurse. Not a clinic I will be going to or recommend.

Very long wait time. I was there for 2 hours. 1 hour was waiting even though I was the first person there at 8 am. Then I was in the actual exam room for 45 minutes before the doctor came in. Staff was sorta nice. Update: Came back for a follow up appointment and I was sitting in the actual exam room for almost an hour. This place is very slow and inefficient.

I've been here a number of times and the Dr never diagnosed me correctly. The way they work things out is a complete waste of time. I was given a referral for surgery and referred somewhere that doesn't accept my insurance. When I found one that did I had to call my primary care provider to have them send a referral to the place I found. The Dr at this place is making it impossible saying its an open L&I claim when it isn't the same injury as the claim I already closed. I need this fixed now and its not gonna happen. The Dr absolutely doesn't care about his patients. I should him where the pain was and he applied severe pressure.making it worse. I'm over it and all the staff .
