I have been a dentist in British Columbia for 26 years and own a full service general dentistry practice in Terrace B.C. My search for a dental lab to build a career relationship with was fruitless for several years but when I met with Ocean Ceramics I knew my search was over. They have been instrumental in the building of my practice and I have been with them for 23 years now! A commitment to excellence in lab work, a passion for continuing education and dedicated personal service are hallmarks of the Ocean team! I cannot recommend Ocean Ceramics highly enough !

I have a very personal connection to so many of the people at Ocean. I could tell you the ways in which they have not only personally but professionally inspired me with their passion for what they do but I will make this review impartial and from the perspective of a Doctor looking for a lab partner. I imagine I would look for a lab that can not only complete my work in a timely manner with perfection but also keep me involved in the process, guiding me and collaborating with me as my partner throughout the process. The team at Ocean work together in such a way that each person compliments the others and contributes to the entire culture and mission statement they live by. Pride of ownership, passion and a family feel are what they're all about.
I have used Ocean Ceramics for the past 13 years. They are a full service lab. I have had a superb working relationship with them. The quality of their work has always been exceptional. On the very rare occasion where a case has not worked, the team at Ocean has readily stepped up to address any issues. My dental office is in Alberta and there have been no issues with having cases delivered when promised. I highly recommend Ocean Ceramics. From analog to digital, the quality is outstanding and consistent. Their CAD/CAM workflow integrates seamlessly, creating an outstanding product. The team at Ocean Ceramics has been amazing to work with. Their crown and bridge work is exceptional, as is their commitment to excellence. I switched to Ocean because I was tired of sending one out of every few crowns back with open margins (especially on iTero scanned cases), and the improvement in the fit and marginal seal was immediate. Hardly ever any adjustments to make on my crowns and they are extremely helpful on large cases. I highly recommend you try them out if you haven't already!
