I cancelled my membership over a year ago and just realized they never stopped charging my account for the monthly fee. For days I have been playing phone tag trying to get this all sorted out and whoever I talk to says they are waiting for another person. Not to mention the person on the phone has had an attitude and been very rude to me when I’m asking simple questions like “when should I expect a call back”. Give your business to another company!

I like the beds here , but always have a problem with the spray tan booth. I have had it only spray half of my body, and had it come out super thick, and have had it barely come out at all. It's always a gamble. I pay for a membership to both the lay down bed and spray tan booth . I am going on vacation this Saturday and went in last night to get a spray tan and was told the machine is broken and they are waiting on a new one. They do not know when the new one will arrive. ..but I am still being charged for spray tans that I can not get and will have to go pay to get it elsewhere. I have messaged corporate and no response.
Do not use the spray tan booth! It’s old and has malfunctioned multiple times, despite multiple complaints they refuse to upgrade it. I used it before a night out and it literally sprayed only half my body. Seriously an exact line down the center of my face, half white and half tanned. They offered a refund, great. Thanks for wasting my time.
The staff here is awesome! So nice and friendly. The place is always clean now. I have been going here for a while and i think they got new management recently because it's been such a different, awesome experience every time i go now.
Love this salon, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about different lotions and beds. The packages and daily promotions are worth signing up via email to snag. Specially the Monday madness :) Thanks ladies for giving me my 12 minutes of peace during my hectic day with your clean facility and kindness!
