This says closes at 8, but apparently they close at 5, which would have been fine if I didn't have to walk over and tell my fiance and his friend that a worker said they were closing. The guys were fishing in another area that I had to walk to. They actually put a note on our car with a warning of a cops if we don't leave on time next time. It was 5:11..... This was our 1st time here and we were NOT happy!!!! AT ALL!!!!

Great place to relax all day. For kids and adults. Fishing, taking your boat out the very nice ramps. Kids area and beaches, plenty of hiking paths. 7.00 per car to get in. Very well kept.

Nice park for a walk in the woods. Approximately a three mile loop. There is also a lake front area for swimming and boating.

Even though we visited off season, the park is beautiful and very well set-up with visitors facilities, day picnic/ camping areas with tables, grills, covered shelters/gazebos, shower/restroom, etc. Boat ramp and shoreline fishing access very well done. Will be back when warmer, just 15 minutes away

Paid 7.00 to get in drove to the beach section which was nice clear water and very clean. There's slides and monkey bars for kids to play. There grills out there for those that want to BbQ, they also have a Pavillion you can rent, volleyball net and rest rooms. There's also an section further in where people were taking there boats out and other fishing. Nice place to spend time with friends and family.
