Poor Communication Caused Me My Time And Played With My Emotions the man i talked to on the phone was very kind however, they failed to inform me about all the requirements needed to adopt the dog. we drove and hour and 45 minutes there, brought my dogs who got extremely stressed out from the whole experience, only for them to turn us down once we arrived. they told me, “sorry i should’ve told you this on the phone but..” and then explained why we couldn’t adopt. our family had our hopes up about a dog to adopt. we wouldn’t have gotten our hopes up and wasted an entire day and stress our dogs out if they communicated better to us.
