Ben from Lake Country Heating and Cooling provided outstanding service. Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. Not only did Ben skillfully troubleshoot the problem. He also cleared the outside vent that had frozen over - in negative 10 degree weather - to get our furnace working again. My wife and I are very grateful for Ben’s excellent service. I highly recommend Lake Country Heating and Cooling!

Used Lake Country Heating and Cooling since move to Oconomowoc 9 years ago. Good quality service in furnace cleaning, and quick repair when furnace stop one February that needed a new blower. Price was reasonable.
We called at 9:00 at night to be put on their list. Our air conditioner was not cooling and it was steamy outside. We received a call early the next morning, they were here before noon and they fixed it quickly and economically. The tech was very nice and professional. We’re glad that the first company someone recommended was not taking new customers because Lake Country now has a new customer!
