Mike Herro & the team at Oconomowoc Realty did a great job in listing and selling our home in Neosho, Wisconsin. Even when the situation was challenging related to a issue with the foundation, Mike worked with the inspector and local contractor to resolve the situation. It literally saved the deal!! I would highly recommend OR for your realty requirements

They managed our apt building for 6 months and in that time I learned more about them from their employees and nothing they said was much of a (negative) surprise. My own experience though, was the transfer from one apt to another. The new one was trashed and they took 2 months to paint and replace flooring. The paint job has to be redone since they didn't touch up *everywhere* a brush was used and they wouldn't share the paint type/color when I offered to do it myself. The filth I had to clean is inexcusable though I guess that \cleaner\ was fired. None and I mean none of the plumbing functioned right. We've sunk hundreds into basic things that should have been done and lastly from me, they didn't provide a reference upon request. You don't have to take my word for it though. The owner didn't renew the contract. (I don't know why) **Good personalities don't make up for neglect, in every business way applicable with this co.**

They took over our Homeowners Association and did an amazing job. They completely overhauled an extremely broken system. They came in and straightened out past accounts, sent out numerous letters explaining everything in detail, and sent out detailed bills. They were extremely great with answering calls and taking care of all my questions and issues, they were beyond accomadating. My problem was immediately dealt with and it made a very difficult and confusing time easy and fast. I really appreciate the great customer service I received here and am extremely happy with all their hard work!
