Had my Intoxalock removed by them and when I went to pick up my vehicle, The gauges,headlights,tail lights, and blinkers did not work. Asked him politely if he could see if he made a mistake as everything worked fine prior to his service. A few weeks later he said he couldn't figure it out and didn't charge me for looking at it. He suggested I take it to a Dealership that knows my brand of car better. I did just that and 700 later I had my car back in the condition it was before bringing it to Rocky's....The diagnosis? Cut wires under the dash where he removed the ignition interlock and they were taped back up. I went to rocky's and showed the owner the description of repairs from the dealership and he was unhappy that i came there to say the least. Accused me of tampering with it, said he should have charged me storage and blah blah blah. He said there's quote, "No way in hell i'm paying for that". So now I have to go through small claims because he won't own up to a mistake. Save yourself the headache and take your repairs elsewhere
