We were referred by a friend who gave great reviews. We were very impressed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Robson was very thorough and answered all our questions. They took great care of our little guy and got all his shots. I highly recommend this place.

Love the groomers at Ocotillo Animal Clinic. They are professional, friendly, well trained and caring individuals - very knowledgeable. Serge and Nina treat our Ivan as if he were their pet. I’m comfortable with either one of the groomers grooming Ivan. They always groom him per my instructions and/or provide professional guidance when necessary. Highly recommended.

Hurts my heart to leave this review. We recently lost our lab at a young 10 years. She was being seen every 2-6 weeks at this vet for some liver issues. We was on a medicated diet and a few medications all managed by this vet. We called one morning as she was showing signs of pain. We couldn’t get anyone to see her or her doctor to call back. We called back multiple times that day - and no response. Our dog died that evening from liver failure. And then today... our other lab strained his tail. I called to see if we could get an anti inflammatory. I was told they couldn’t see us for a week and can’t help us over the phone. My best option was to find another vet with availability or an emergency vet. I’m sorry but we are done. We need a vet that provides better care and hasn’t taken on more families then they can care for. Our pets deserve better care.

Good pet care as always but why did you take them one at a time? Both had 1:30 appointments, one tech appointment and one vet. We ended up waiting a lot longer that way. If you were short staffed, it would have gone a long way in making us less impatient if we had been told. We had to keep the car running over 30 min.

We have taken all of our pets Ocotillo Animal Clinic since 2004. It's always been a positive experience. We took our 12 week old Chocolate Lab pup Freddy in for his check-up, shots and microchip and as always, they were awesome. During the Covid situation, they remain dedicated and provide drive-in service. Always the best!

My cat hadn’t been feeling well and the vet listened to all of my concerns and made sure all of my questions were answered. She was very thorough and attentive to make sure we get to the bottom of what was wrong. Turns out my cat had swallowed 28(!!!) hair ties and they were able to get him in that afternoon to have them surgically removed. They went through every option and reviewed worst case scenario (and luckily he wasn’t worst case scenario). I’m happy that my little guy was so well taken care of and they made sure to reassure me I wasn’t a bad cat mom either I had been to other vet offices where I felt like they were rushing me to make a decision or get all of the information out to get to the next patient. I didn’t feel any sense of rush and they made me feel like my cat was their top priority. I trust them with my pet and any future pets too. Thank you to all the vets and techs for taking care of my fur baby!

Oreo has been coming to this facility for a few years. All of the staff members has treated our Lab very well. This is the most loving and caring atmosphere for our dog. We appreciate all the care you have given our Oreo! I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

We have been clients with Ocotillo Animal Clinic for years. They have always been and continue to be very helpful and professional. The doctors are always very thorough and patient with all the questions I have. When we had to have our last dog put down the clinic sent us a card and flowers.if I could I would give them ten stars!! Highly recommend
