Pretty good yakiniku but the real gem of the place is the owner. Very friendly and welcoming. She has run the place for 37 years and took it over from her parents. It looks like it hasn’t changed in 37 years lol but that is part of the charm.

Amazing restaurant we found on the way back to the station. The lady there opened an hour early for us! We had a fantastic experience and used Google translate to figure out what beef and rice set was, everything was marinated beautifully and tasted amazing. She also helped us pick out options and helped cook everything and left us with mandarins on leaving. A truly unique experience and tasted great too! A great way to finish your day in Odate. Suits groups of 4 (or more split across a few tables) with both table and floor seating options, you may need to use Google translate, fantastic beef! Ultra hospitable, polite and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Was an amazing experience, the owner opened early to host us & the hospitality was as great as the food. Excellent value for money, a traditional Japanese experience not to miss.
