I rented a Toyota Vitz for 5 days to explore Izu peninsula. Office is located with 3 min walk from Odawara train station. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. After booking the car online, collection took 15mins and returning took 10mins. The car I received was very clean and comfortable. The included GPS was accurate and had English interface, both of which were very helpful. Highly recommended. :)
