Well, Bilka is a favourite Danish hypermarket. It is actually the only chain hypermarket in Denmark. The only negative I could find is the slow service at the cashier on the way out. There is the option for self scanning of your products and paying on a machine. It is handy, but if yo are not a fan of the automatisation you'd rather queue on the long line. On a positive note, Bilka sells anything you could imagine, even sometimes furniture. It has an amazing variety of choice. I am especially happy with their organic products. There are always a bunch of products on discount - you need to look for the yellow label.

Miserable selection of products when considering it's vast size. Most smaller super markets in the area offer more different variations of product groups whereas this shop basically just offers enourmous packages but little choice. Not Worth a detour. Poor cleaning. Pricing above average.
Has everything and more, need a TV? Bilka has it.. How about a new lamp or a vacuum cleaner along side your groceries? Go nuts! Good amount of room to move around and usually very helpful staff. During covid they offer to sanitize your shopping cart before using it. I usually go here when I have a large amount of deposit on bottles and/or if I need groceries and supplies for a party. Also offers click and collect shopping called BilkaToGo.
Had an extremely bad experience. Normally would give it a \3\ just because their store hours are good. But I spent 2500 kroner on a TV that doesn't work. I returned to the store to ask if they would simply switch it out for another of the same model and that wonderful Danish customer \service\ kicked in. How many times can a person say the word NO, NO, NO, NO... Well, just go to Bilka Odense and you'll find out. Rotten service; and don't buy a Phillips 7500 big screen if you want to watch TV. Horrible. They get no more of my money. Ever.
Huge shop. Has you're everyday stuff clothe, electronics, etc. The reason for the 3 star rating is because, this shop is to big for its own good.
