Goma left me absolutely mesmerized!! The perfect blend of zen aesthetics/ambiance, insightfully stellar service and the most unforgettably sensational meal bordering on the provocative! Such a masterful and sometimes pioneering use of ingredients by the brilliant chef and staff!! I wish I could recite word for word the descriptions provided by our erudite server, who had us hanging on every syllable! #BRAVO #HighlyRecommended #WeShallReturn
Me and my girlfriend are both amateur foodies, but we both agreed that this was the overall best food experience we have ever had in our lives so far. We have not visited Noma yet though so we'll see how long goma can keep the title. Overall amazing food, new surprisingly successful and innovative flavours. Not all flavours were equally successful to us but even our least favourite still were above anything you'd meet in a normal restaurant. For the record we picked the all around menu with 13 items as far as we could count, and that included a taste of wagyu, oysters, marvelous desserts and much much more for the price of 800 pr. head. Can highly recommend the experience. The staff was also highly knowledgeable and at the same time warm and welcoming.
Fantastic food, if you like the sort of Japanese style of food ofcourse. Though it's on the expensive side, it's definetly worth it just for the experience
Ambiance: Nice, clean, open kitchen, pretty loud and not as cozy as it could be. Food: Fantastic and super tasty small portions. Their menus include quite a lot of food so only order them if you are really hungry. Service: Really good and attentive service with excellent knowledge about food. Price: Reasonable but not cheap
One of the best food experiences I've ever had
Dishes are in small portion and come with multiple courses, a bit like Japanese tapas. Very good restaurant and the service is good - they always give good advice on wines. Every time I end up with eating too much. It’s suitable for both group dinner and romantic date.
