I have used them in the past and they are magnificent. I just recommended them to friend that needed their help and they did a wonderful job. They are the best out there and I can't recommend them enough. They are professional, well organized and brilliant at their jobs.

Signed up for a 12 month contract of 512mb upgraded to 3 GB, of course i only get the 512mb. Hours and hours of online chat gets you nowhere. 1&1/2 hours to SmartphoneCare. Then 6 hours on Saturday afternoon, and 3 hours on Sunday morning to Virgin mobile, which concluded that virgin had done all they could as SmartphoneCare had not done their part. I asked virgin to confirm what SmartphoneCare were telling me lies, and they said yes, and I've got the conversation emailed to me, and on record to prove it. You are passed from pillar to post repeating the same thing over and over and over again. It is only a small contract, so I'm stuck with it for 12 months, then I will be well rid of this company, and never use them again. Had it a week, wish i had never bothered. Pathetic.
