The employee (probably the owner) was really nice and welcoming. I had a watch that needed to be fixed (sat too loose on my wrist) and he helped me right away. He used professional tools, a bit of humor and got my watch fixed within 2 mins. I did not have to pay for this small issue and that made my day. He obviously understands what he does and is no rip off. Lovely shop!! Five Stars!!
