Another great visit with my friends at Tampa Eurocycles. Alex put me on the new R18 to get me back to work while Jeff and Rob took care of the 12k service on my R12GS. When I returned mid afternoon Danielle and Joe gave me a great deal on a new Shoei Neotec helmet. It's always a pleasure dealing with the crew at Tampa Eurocycles.
Had valve service completed today in preparation for a cross country trip. Work was completed in the usual high excellent fashion. Love these guys.
Great group of people! I’ve bought a couple Ducs, gear, parts, and have had some service/warranty work done here. Always a good experience and everyone who works here is very personable. I really like that they organize group rides and events-I just wish I could attend more often.
A really friendly no-pressure sales experience. Joey will take great care of you. Very up front on pricing without any gimmicks. If you ask for their best price, they will give it to you. No haggling needed. Either you like the price or not. I obviously liked the price!
Excellent local dealer. Great experience with parts department, as usual, for the Tampa/Odessa store. Joe is extremely knowledgable and helpful in providing assistance in procuring the right parts. His recommendations have been spot on. I haven't used service or sales department lately, but I remember great service / support from them as well.
While I haven't purchased a bike here yet, I've been incredibly impressed how responsive, transparent, and diligent Alex has been in handling my inquiries & follow-ups. He took his time to answer all my questions about the out-of-state buying process, procured multiple shipping quotes, and had been extremely upfront about all the financial aspects of the deal. Hats off, these folks are pleasant & reassuring to deal with.
Extremely poor technical aptitude here. Can't even tell the difference between a retaining ring and a piston ring!
