Far and away the BEST service anywhere. I’ve been having my Honda serviced here for years. Even though O’Donnell is a little out of the way for me it’s totally worth it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area for Honda service. Honest, friendly, professional...can’t say enough good things about O’Donnell service! Thank you!!

Service could not have been better. Who is very courteous table was promised went out of their way to make it a good experience when it could have been a very very Troublesome experience since my wife had damaged her ignition lock cylinder Honda. We would definitely definitely consider buying our next vehicle from O'Donnell Honda based on the service we received on my current Honda and the courteousness and professionalism and promise of the people who work with us I don't know about the people who performed the work it seems to be good but I will tell you that the people who waited on me at the service center were above and beyond any service I've had recently at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend O'Donnell for anybody looking to have Honda Service done or looking to purchase a new Honda

Had a great service here at this Honda. They didn’t try to over charge me or make up magical issues with my car. The oil change was done in 30 minutes. I just wish I knew about this Honda earlier! Really glad I came here, thank you for the great service!

Horrible customer service and the service department convinced me to not come to there shop, told me a quote over the phone that somehow went up over 100 more once I arrived in person without even looking at my vehicle or giving them any additional information than what I did on the phone. I love my Honda Pilot but this O'Donnell Honda service department is horrible. I do not recommend, Zero stars isn't low enough.
